About the role
As the Manager - Surveyor Onboarding, Development and Training at Quality Practice Accreditation, you will be responsible for managing an offsite team of health professional surveyors. This includes leading the training and development of our dynamic Surveyor Team. This full-time position is based in Gundagai, NSW.
What you'll be doing
Implement our comprehensive onboarding program to effectively integrate new surveyors into the team
Design and deliver high-quality training programs to continuously upskill our surveyor workforce
Collaborate with senior leadership to identify training needs and devise strategies to enhance surveyor capabilities
Monitor surveyor performance and provide constructive feedback to support their growth
Establish and maintain strong relationships with surveyors
Contribute to the overall strategy and operations of the Surveyor team
What we're looking for
Significant experience (5+ years) in a training and development or management role, preferably within the healthcare or accreditation industry
Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs for diverse workforces
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with surveyors and stakeholders
Excellent organisational and project management abilities to juggle multiple priorities
Analytical mindset to evaluate training effectiveness and make data-driven improvements
Tertiary qualification in a related field desirable
