As a Draftsperson, you'll be responsible for preparing accurate and compliant residential drawings across a range of single and double-storey homes. You'll work closely with internal departments to ensure plans are delivered on time and meet all relevant standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce and amend site plans, floor plans, elevations, and working drawings
  • Ensure designs comply with council and CDC requirements, developer guidelines, and BCA/NCC standards
  • Interpret client variations and update plans accordingly
  • Liaise with estimators, CSOs, and construction teams to resolve design issues
  • Prepare documentation for authority approvals

About You

  • Relevant drafting experience within residential construction
  • Strong knowledge of local building codes and residential guidelines
  • Proficient in Revit
  • High attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
