Realserve is a proudly Australian-owned company, providing Existing Conditions Documentation, Lettable Area Surveys, and Marketing Plans to the commercial property industry.
As part of our continued growth, we’re looking for a CAD Draftsperson — someone who has finished studying and looking to launch their career — to join our Sydney team based in Bella Vista.

This is an exciting, career-starting opportunity where you’ll receive full on-the-job training, mentoring, and support. We’re looking for someone with the right attitude, willingness to learn, and a great personality who’s excited to learn, grow and become a valued part of our team.

Are you currently studying, recently finished school or considering leaving school?

If you're excited for a career in Drafting & Surveying we’re also open to hiring a Junior CAD Draftsperson who we will support through their studies.

THE ROLE

Your time will be split between working in the field and in the office, using the latest surveying and 3D scanning technology. You’ll be part of a collaborative team, working closely with the team across a wide range of projects.

You’ll be responsible and learn how to:

· Accurately measure and capture existing buildings and spaces.

· Prepare high-quality drawings and documentation using AutoCAD.

· Operate industry-leading 3D scanning equipment.

· Process scan data into point clouds ready for drafting.

ABOUT YOU

· We’re looking for someone who is positive, motivated, and eager to learn.

· A great communicator with strong attention to detail.

· Comfortable working both independently and within a team.

· Excited about a career in drafting & surveying.

· Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

· Good understanding of AutoCAD or Revit (advantageous).

· Completed studies Building Design, Architecture, Surveying, or a similar field.

· A current driver’s license (required).
