The Opportunity

We partner exclusively with a top-tier Asian “hidden champion” manufacturer whose precision-engineered parts replace costly OEM components in cement plant transmission systems — offering the same quality at nearly half the price. With over 100 cement plant clients in Asia, and a growing presence in the Middle East and Africa, the product is well-proven — and Australia is the next natural step.

You’ll also be backed by a founder with an exceptional technical sales record — when introduced to decision-makers, deals are consistently closed.

Your Role

Identify and connect with cement plants or related service providers in Australia (or internationally).

Build relationships with plant managers, procurement teams, engineers, or maintenance teams.

Present our solution and coordinate technical engagement (we’ll support you throughout).

Work independently with full flexibility.

Option to remain as consultant/part-time or grow into a full-time leadership role.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re not just hiring a salesperson — we’re looking for a business partner.

Must-Haves:

Prior experience working in or selling to cement plants.

Familiarity with maintenance or procurement workflows, or mechanical equipment.

Entrepreneurial mindset — treat this as your own venture.

Nice-to-Have:

Knowledge of gearboxes, reducers, or rotary machinery.

Background in plant operations or industrial engineering.
