Tasks and responsibilities include:

• Preparation of contracts and Form 6 documentation
• End-to-end administrative support for sales agents
• Managing auction campaigns and property submissions
• Maintaining listings on property portals
• Responding to enquiries and coordinating marketing collateral
• Ensuring timely and accurate documentation processing

Who we are looking for:

• Experience/knowledge within Real Estate Sales administration IS ESSENTIAL!
• The ability to build strong relationships with co-workers - easy to work with attitude
• Proactive and accurate!
• Excellent administration skills and attention to detail
• A valid certificate of registration
