The role is ultimately supporting our Sales Manager with managing live projects. A friendly and charismatic phone manner is key to help build trusted relationships with a diverse range of project stakeholders (architects, builders or home owners). Other attributes and qualities we're looking out for include:

• Super adaptive – a go-with-the-flow and can-do attitude is a necessity in our industry and growth-phase of business.
• Act autonomously – it is a busy office so we need someone that can stand on their own two feet and take initiative with prioritising and actioning tasks. A cool head and coffee helps manage the multi-tasking.
• Attention to detail – we admit it, we’re self-diagnosed perfectionists. Yes, our product is the epicentre of the business, but we’re equally methodical with getting back to customers on-time, drafting accurate quotes and invoices, and preparing tailored sample packs that blow the big-boy competitors out of the water… the pressure is amplified when the phone doesn’t stop during peak periods of the day. The answer? Refer to the point above! (…and to-do lists certainly help keep the wheels on)
• ‘Team Player’ – the most overused phrase found in every Seek ad, ever. But, we mean it – we’ve created a wicked team and incredible culture that we are not changing for the world.
