About the Role:
As the Nurse Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the treatment room, mentoring and developing clinical staff, and ensuring high standards of patient care. You will collaborate with leadership to optimise team performance and contribute to strategic goals, including treatment room efficiency, chronic disease management, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of nurses and assistants
• Oversee clinical procedures, audits, and staff performance
• Manage rosters, equipment, supplies, and compliance
• Drive initiatives in Chronic Disease Management and Nurse-Led Clinics
• Support clinical administration and patient care planning
• Contribute to business outcomes through strategic input

What They’re Looking For:

• Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years’ clinical experience
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing teams
• Strong understanding of chronic disease management and primary care
• Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
