Our client is a leader in Logistics & plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. We are looking for proactive individuals with a passion for Customer Service.

The role:
You will be the go-to contact for customers and carriers—making bookings, managing enquiries, tracking shipments, and resolving issues.

You Will Work Closely With:
- A Customer Service and Account Management Team
- A national portfolio of customers (all well recognised brands)
- Internal departments to resolve challenges quickly

About you:
- Proven experience in a customer service role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Problem solving and critical thinking
- Confidence learning new systems
