ABOUT THE ROLE Our client, a global leader in sealing solutions, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their Sydney team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with clients and supporting a field-based service team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer enquiries and providing technical support
• Preparing and following up on quotes and tenders
• Coordinating with the external team to ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Building and nurturing strong client relationships

ABOUT YOU
You are a proactive and detail-oriented individual who enjoys solving problems and supporting others. You bring:

• Experience in customer service or internal sales roles, ideally within a mining, oil & gas, water or heavy industrial industry
• Knowledge of mechanical equipment such as seals, gaskets, pumps and valves IDEAL
• Understanding of Incoterms and payment terms
• Familiarity with manufacturing environments
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to read basic engineering drawings
• Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
