- Maintain accurate records of services rendered and follow up with customer’s post-service.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Automotive service certifications are a plus.
