ROLE
We're seeking a strategic, outcome-focused Experience Cloud Technical Lead to provide technical leadership and oversight for the delivery of a customer portal built on Salesforce Experience Cloud.
This is a key leadership role within a high-priority digital transformation initiative. You’ll ensure architectural integrity, technical consistency, and best practice alignment, bridging business goals and technical execution, guiding solution design, integration strategy, and platform governance.
- Provide technical leadership across all Experience Cloud workstreams
- Align architecture and solution design to Salesforce best practices
- Validate technical approaches across integration and development layers
- Liaise between business, technical, and vendor stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure scalability, security, and delivery quality
YOU
You're a confident, senior-level Salesforce expert who brings enterprise delivery experience and architectural insight. You influence outcomes without needing to be on the tools and are comfortable guiding multi-vendor teams toward a cohesive solution.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce Experience Cloud architecture and capabilities.
- Proven experience leading large-scale Salesforce transformation or portal projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Confident in navigating vendor relationships and integration planning
- Able to provide strategic guidance across solution design without hands-on involvement
