Salesforce Quality Assurance Engineer

Assess the quality of Salesforce implementations—covering both configuration and custom development—perform acceptance testing, and manage test cases.

• ASAP start, 9-18 month contract
• $800 - $1200 per day (Inc Super)
• Fringe Brisbane CBD Location, hybrid

ROLE
The role involves contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of Salesforce and other applications, working across platforms such as Salesforce PSS, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

• Performing code reviews and quality assurance on vendor-partner Salesforce configurations and custom development
• Designing, coding, testing, and documenting complex software solutions using Salesforce and modern development tools
• Adhering to software development governance, frameworks, and standards
• Providing architectural guidance to internal and external stakeholders
• Supporting and maintaining Salesforce and other software systems as needed
• Driving and advocating for software process improvements and best practices

YOU

• Hands-on experience with:
  - Salesforce Experience Cloud and Service Cloud
  - Apex, Omnistudio, Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  - CSS, JavaScript, Node.js
  - Git/GitHub workflows
• Proven experience in Salesforce development and configuration, including Apex, integrations, automated testing, and documentation.
• Willingness to work across a variety of development stacks and platforms
• A technical foundation in networking, databases, web development, and end-user support
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills – you're able to negotiate, influence, and consult with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a calm and adaptable approach to high-pressure or changing priorities
• Strong & confident communication and ability to hit the ground running
