We’re seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a high impact Customer Portal project focused on boosting digital engagement and self-service capabilities. This role acts as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that the portal meets user needs, aligns with business objectives, and delivers a seamless customer experience.

You will be responsible for:

• Gather, analyse, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to identify current and future-state needs.
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable specifications for design and development teams.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that delivered solutions meet business goals.
• Collaborate with project managers, UX designers, and developers throughout the project lifecycle.

YOU

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with digital platforms or customer-facing solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Proficient in business analysis tools and techniques (eg; process mapping, user stories, wireframes).
• Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud or similar CRM and portal technologies.
• Confident in managing vendor relationships and coordinating with external delivery partners.
