We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to step into an Assistant Strata Manager role, with full training provided across property management, budgeting, stakeholder relations, and strata legislation.

Role & Responsibilities:

• General Administrative duties including email enquiries & providing support to a Senior Manager whilst training
• Ensure all legislative obligations are met
• Assistance with processing and following up on maintenance requests
• Preparing meeting documents and minutes
• General typing, scanning and photocopying of documents
• Attending to customer queries via email, phone or in person
• Assist in maintaining records and statutory deadlines (insurance, inspections etc.)

The Candidate:

• Strong administration experience is essential!
• Strata or Property Management experience desirable
• Excellent Communication Skills both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
• Solid computer skills, and ability to learn new strata system
• Professional telephone manners and skills
• Willingness to learn and be a team player
