We’re looking for a motivated individual who is dedicated to making a real impact on our guests’ special moments. As our innovative Function Manager, you'll bring your creativity and organisational skills to the table to design and execute the ultimate guest experience. Want to get in on the celebration? A day in the life of a Function Manager:

  • Design exciting function packages with a key focus on the guest experience and fostering strong stakeholder relationships
  • Complete sales calls and lock in bookings with quick and efficient quotes and seamless supplier connections
  • Develop and execute promotional strategies to keep bookings booming

Qualifications

About you:

  • You have a collaborative spirit and share your passion and enthusiasm with your team and stakeholders
  • You use your strategic planning skills to reach targets, develop your team, and manage multiple priorities
  • You hold current RSA and RSG/RCG industry certifications
  • You’ll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people!
