The Role

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Contract Administrator with a strong background in commercial or industrial construction. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the contractual and financial management of major projects, working closely with Project Managers, Site Teams, and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading contract administration across multiple large-scale projects
• Preparing and managing scopes of work, procurement strategies, and contract documentation
• Negotiating terms with subcontractors and suppliers to optimise project outcomes
• Managing variations, progress claims, payment schedules, and compliance reporting
• Mentoring junior Contract Administrators and supporting team development
• Ensuring alignment with project budgets, timelines, and legal requirements
