The Role

• Lead the administration of subcontractor and head contract variations
• Oversee and review subcontractor claims, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and timelines
• Compile and present detailed monthly commercial reports
• Manage end-to-end contract closeout tasks
• Actively mentor and develop a Contracts Administrator
• Act as a key liaison between internal project teams, external suppliers, consultants, and subcontractors
• Ensure contractual and documentation compliance
• Identify and implement process improvements

The Criteria

• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Building, or related field
• 5+ years’ CA experience, preferably with local Adelaide builders
• Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills
• Attention to detail with contract interpretation skills
• Australian permanent residency required
