The Role

• Manage head contracts and subcontractor agreements from procurement through to final closeout.
• Assess, negotiate, and process variations, progress claims, and payment schedules to ensure contractual compliance.
• Prepare accurate cost reports and financial forecasts
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams
• Mentor and support a junior Contracts Administrator

The Criteria

• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Building, or related field
• 5+ years’ CA experience, preferably with local Adelaide builders
• Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills
• Attention to detail with contract interpretation skills
• Australian permanent residency required
