About the Role

As an IT Business Analyst – Infrastructure, you’ll play an integral role in ensuring smooth IT operations and supporting business-critical systems. This is an onsite, highly visible position – perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, collaboration, and continuous learning in a dynamic environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Provide infrastructure and end-user computing support
• Troubleshoot server, hardware, software, and network issues
• Maintain functionality and compliance within the server environment
• Support collaboration tools such as Skype and Zoom
• Manage IT requests and incidents via ServiceNow
• Assist in developing solutions and process improvements
• Maintain technical documentation and system protocols

About You

We’re looking for someone who is curious, collaborative, and confident in engaging with stakeholders. If you have a passion for technology and a knack for solving problems, this role offers the chance to grow your skills in a supportive team environment.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience in infrastructure support, networks, and server environments
• Hands-on knowledge of communication tools (Motorola radio systems or similar)
• Experience with ServiceNow or other ticketing systems
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and documentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities with a proactive mindset
