About the Role

This hands-on Program Analyst role supports the delivery of ICT-based initiatives by coordinating project activities, reporting, and stakeholder engagement across key programs driving improvements in national services.

Key Responsibilities

• Support implementation of program strategies and project coordination
• Develop reports, maintain risk registers, and manage project documentation
• Facilitate meetings and workshops with internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, outcomes, and dependencies
• Maintain team Kanban board and ensure program processes are followed
• Assist in the administration and organisation of project schedules

Skills & Experience

• 4–6 years’ experience in a similar program or project support role
• Strong administrative, coordination, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, or SharePoint highly regarded
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, and adaptive environment
• Eagerness to develop new skills and embrace accessibility principles

Australian Citizenship & ability to obtain Baseline security clearance is a mandatory requirement for this position.
