Role Overview

We are excited to invite an exceptional Development Manager to join our dynamic team! In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in navigating our esteemed project pipeline across Sydney. Some of your engaging responsibilities will include:

- Preparing and submitting DA/CC/SSD applications

- Monitoring project timelines and budgets, ensuring everything stays on track

- Upholding our commitment to deliverables throughout the project lifecycle

- Facilitating communication among internal teams to address and resolve project challenges

- Identifying innovative improvements to enhance project value

Role Requirements

To excel in this position, you should have 7 + years of experience in managing Class 2 projects (50+ apartments) from start to finish, along with relevant qualifications in property, construction management, or a similar field.

A commitment to meeting deadlines, along with a polished personal presentation, will also set you apart.
