Robert Half is partnering with a large, well-established organisation based in West Perth that is currently seeking a Temporary Accounts Payable Officer to assist with a short-term project.

Key responsibilities:

Working in a Finance team of 6, your duties will include:

• Processing a high volume of invoices (3-way matching)
• Matching, batching, coding, and entering invoices
• Reconciling supplier statements
• Handling internal and external payment queries
• Assisting with backlog clearance and ensuring accuracy of AP records

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable role
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
• Proactive and adaptable approach to changing priorities
