The Weld Club seeks to employ a guest services receptionist for 5 shifts per week commencing at 4.00pm until 9.00pm Tuesday till Saturday
Meet and Greet guests and direct them to appropriate areas
Check in guest to accommodation
Answer phone calls and take messages as required
Allow remote entry to guests via security entrances
Take restaurant reservations
Make accommodation reservations
Attend to any email enquiries
Typing documents
The successful candidate should:
Have a good telephone manner
Be customer orientated and service focussed
Ideally have hospitality experience as a receptionist
Be able to multi task and prioritise their work load
