My client is seeking a seasoned Foreman with a strong track record delivering large-scale commercial new builds, ideally mixed-use developments valued at $100M+.

This is a long-term contract with a reputable head contractor on a landmark project. You’ll oversee both structures and finishes, coordinate trades, drive progress, and ensure a smooth, safe site operation.

Contract Length: 6 months+
Start: TBC
ABN / PAYG

Must Haves:

• Proven experience on $100M+ commercial projects
• Skilled across services, structural works and detailed finishes
• Strong leadership and site coordination abilities
• Solid knowledge of WHS and construction programming
