Jet Black Pavements is a locally owned and operated asphalt laying business with a strong reputation for quality and reliability across the Central Coast. We are steadily growing and are looking for a motivated Asphalt Crew Foreman to lead our close-knit team.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in asphalt laying and site leadership

Sound knowledge of asphalt laying processes, equipment, and safety procedures

A hands-on approach with strong communication and team management skills

A commitment to safety, quality, and delivering great results

White Card and current Driver’s Licence (HR Licence highly desirable)

Relevant tickets such as Traffic Control and First Aid are an advantage

What You’ll Do:

Lead, supervise, and motivate the asphalt crew to deliver high-quality work

Plan and coordinate daily site activities, including plant, material, and personnel

Ensure all work is completed safely, on schedule, and to project specifications

Liaise with supervisors, clients, and council representatives as required

Conduct quality checks and monitor site safety in line with company standards

Maintain accurate daily records of work completed, materials used, and site conditions

Train, mentor, and support the development of crew members
