We're seeking several Customer Service & Administration Consultants to join a leading nursing agency that connects healthcare professionals with facilities across Australia. This role is essential in ensuring shifts are filled quickly and accurately, helping to support the vital work of nurses nationwide.

As the first point of contact, you'll play a key role in coordinating scheduling needs between healthcare providers and nursing staff. You’ll be joining a fast-paced, dynamic team that values energy, collaboration and a good laugh - think Friday drinks, morning teas, and a genuinely supportive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls and online enquiries
• Coordinate and confirm shift requirements between facilities and nurses
• Maintain accurate records and provide administrative support as needed
• Deliver excellent customer service and build strong relationships with stakeholders

Skills & Experience Needed:

• Previous experience in a phone-based customer service role
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
• Comfortable picking up new systems and processes quickly
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
