Tile Republic is Canberra’s destination for premium tiles, bathware, and curated interior finishes. We’re not just a showroom, we’re an inspirational space where great design begins. As our team evolves, we’re looking for two part-time Showroom Sales Consultants to join us.

The Role

You’ll be front and centre in our showroom - greeting customers, helping them explore our beautiful product ranges, and assisting with everything from quoting to styling suggestions. You’ll also help ensure the showroom is always immaculate and welcoming.

Key Duties:

Greet and assist clients in the showroom with product selection

Create quotes and sales orders using our POS system

Maintain showroom presentation, displays, and sample library

Support day-to-day sales and operations

Follow up on leads and assist with client communications

About You

Confident, friendly, and customer-focused

Passionate about interiors, renovations, or design

Great attention to detail and well-organised

Comfortable using basic software and systems

Retail or showroom sales experience preferred, but not essential

Hours & Availability

Two part-time roles available

Tuesday to Saturday (with Sunday & Monday off)

Approx. 25–30 hours per week per consultant

Some flexibility in hours can be discussed
