About the Role - Retail Associate
In this position, you’ll be the friendly face of the brand - providing expert guidance, tailored product recommendations, and seamless customer experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

• Welcoming and assisting customers in selecting suitable products
• Measuring and fitting customers to ensure they receive the right product and best possible support
• Answering product, service, and policy-related questions
• Recommending tailored solutions based on individual needs
• Managing phone inquiries and day-to-day administration
• Promoting key products and current offers to enhance the customer experience
• Comfortable working independently, as you will be managing the store on your own during your shifts
