About the Role

As a Retail Assistant, you'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience and helping us build a successful launch in our new Canberra locations.

Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting and assisting customers with a friendly, positive attitude

Providing excellent product knowledge and personalised recommendations

Operating the POS system and handling transactions accurately

Merchandising and restocking to keep the store looking its best

Maintaining store cleanliness and visual standards

Supporting your team to meet store goals and KPIs

About You

We’re looking for team members who are:

Customer-service driven with strong communication skills

Friendly, reliable, and professional in every interaction

Able to work flexible hours including weekends and late-night trade

Team-oriented, with a willingness to learn and grow

Previous retail or customer service experience
