The Opportunity

A Technical Consultant is sought to join our Sunshine Coast based team. This role is ideally suited to someone with strong communication and interpersonal skills, who is focused on delivering high-quality customer service and technical support. A professional and reliable work ethic is essential, along with the ability to troubleshoot issues and support the configuration and operation of pharmacy software systems in a fast-paced environment.

Your Day to Day Involves

Phone support in a variety of post solar and battery installation enquires.

Provide customer support, troubleshoot issues, and document resolutions.

Coordinate site visits, prepare equipment, complete paperwork, and follow up on outstanding issues.

Maintain product knowledge, suggest improvements, and contribute to documentation.

Ensure service delivery compliance via ServiveM8, project updates, and account management.

Key Performance Indicators

Timely and effective customer service.

Positive feedback from customers and team members.

Accurate completion and adherence to documentation processes.

Adherence to project timelines and SLA commitments.

Selection Criteria

Required

Experience in IT support or field services (Solar sector ideally).

Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

Valid driver’s license.

Desirable

Solar experience in either installations or technical support
