Voltora Industries is seeking an experienced solar professional with a proven track record in managing and delivering end-to-end solar and battery installations. This role is ideal for someone who’s already been a team leader, project manager, or division head in the renewables space and is ready to step into a role with real ownership and growth potential.

We’ve got the structure, systems and reputation already in place — now we’re looking for someone to own and drive our solar & battery offering.

Our Solar & Battery Division has a steady pipeline of upcoming work — and we’re now investing in growing it into a standalone arm of the business. This is a rare chance to build something substantial without having to go it alone.

About the Role

This is a hybrid position that blends fieldwork with leadership and quoting responsibilities. You’ll be hands-on from day one, across:

Quoting and designing residential and light commercial solar & battery systems

Performing site inspections and client walkthroughs

Leading and completing installations with the support of our in-house team

Coordinating materials, suppliers and job readiness

Liaising with clients, managing expectations, and ensuring compliance

Building out division processes, documentation, and structure for future growth

As the pipeline grows, your role will naturally evolve toward more leadership and operational oversight — with the opportunity to hire, train and lead a dedicated team.

What We’re Looking For

Current QLD Electrical Licence

CEC Accreditation – Design & Install (Grid-Connect)

CEC Battery Endorsement (Mandatory)

Demonstrated experience leading or managing solar & battery projects

Strong technical skills in solar/battery system design, compliance and quoting

A confident communicator who can manage both clients and team members

Highly organised and proactive, with the drive to take full ownership of a division

Comfortable on the tools, but excited to step into a more strategic, long-term role
