What You’ll Be Doing:

• Responding to customer enquiries and processing orders with accuracy and care
• Preparing and following up on quotes and tenders
• Coordinating qualified appointments for the external sales team
• Providing technical support and product guidance
• Building strong, lasting relationships with clients
• Identifying and supporting profitable sales opportunities

About You:
You’re driven, curious, and ready to take on a challenge. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering top-tier customer service. You’ll bring:

• Experience in customer service or internal sales roles for technical products, ideally within a mining, oil & gas, water or heavy industrial industry
• Knowledge of mechanical equipment such as gaskets, pumps, valves and seals is ideal
• Familiarity with Incoterms and payment terms
• Strong communication skills — both written and verbal
• The ability to read basic engineering drawings
• Strong computer skills, especially in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
