As we scale, we’re looking for a proactive, results-driven leader to take charge of operations, systems and team performance.
The Role
This is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership position where you'll oversee daily operations, manage performance and profitability, and ensure systems are running smoothly.
This role blends strategy and execution—you’ll be just as comfortable leading from the front as you are rolling up your sleeves to perform lice treatments when needed (training provided). You’ll also work closely with the founders on new product integration, marketing oversight, and partnership development.
Key Responsibilities
Clinic Operations & Systems Oversight
Manage daily operations across multiple locations (currently one location with view to expand)
Ensure SOP compliance, service quality, and customer satisfaction
Step into technician duties when required to support the team
Optimise booking systems, website functionality, CRM tools, and AI agents
Liaise with service providers to troubleshoot and streamline digital workflows
Financial & Performance Management
Manage budgets, forecasts, and clinic P&L
Track KPIs across revenue, bookings, staff productivity, and customer satisfaction
Identify cost efficiencies and growth opportunities across services and product sales
Team Leadership
Supervise Technicians and support technician training (in collaboration with our in-house trainer)
Drive a high-performance culture with clear expectations, coaching, and accountability
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews
Community Partnerships & Outreach
Work with founders to develop referral relationships with schools, childcare centres, and salons
Coordinate school workshops and lice awareness initiatives
Represent the brand in community campaigns and B2B partnerships
About You
Proven leadership experience in multi-site healthcare, wellness, or service-based businesses
Strong financial literacy (budgeting, forecasting, P&L reporting)
Confident managing tech systems (e.g. bookings, websites, CRM, AI)
Comfortable stepping in to perform treatments when needed
Experience with digital marketing (preferred but not essential)
Excellent people management, delegation, and team development skills
Driven, hands-on, and thrives in a fast-moving, purpose-driven environment
Experience launching or scaling service locations or clinics (preferred but not essential)
