Property Manager – Full-Time | Western Suburbs of Melbourne

We’re on the lookout for a motivated and professional Property Manager to join our team full-time. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your real estate career with full training and ongoing support provided.

About the Role

Manage a well-maintained residential property portfolio

Conduct Entry, Exit and Routine Inspections

Coordinate Open for Inspections and tenant appointments

Liaise with tenants, landlords, and contractors

Organise and follow up on maintenance requests

Ensure full compliance with Victorian tenancy legislation

Work with PropertyMe CRM (prior experience preferred but not essential – full training provided)

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent time management and attention to detail

Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines

A current Agent’s Representative Certificate

Driver’s license and reliable car

Prior experience in real estate or customer service is an advantage
