This is a unique Payroll position where you can take ownership of your role, work with great people and be proud to tell your friends where you work!

The Role

This standalone Payroll role is a hands-on position where you will be responsible for payroll processing and ensuring accuracy and compliance. Key duties include:

Payroll for around 400 staff

Reviewing and processing fortnightly payroll

Verifying and proofing timesheets before processing in Xero

Ensuring compliance with payroll regulations, tax, and superannuation

Managing payroll queries and resolving discrepancies

Generating reports for management

Your Background

To be considered for this payroll position, you will ideally have:

Experience in payroll processing, with exposure to Xero preferred

The ability to work independently and accurately in a small team environment

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

A team-first attitude

Experience in the childcare or similar sector is advantageous but not necessary.
