Role Overview:
We’re on the lookout for a bubbly, resilient, and career-driven Studio Front Desk Administrator to join our team. This is not your average front desk role. You'll be the glue that holds the studio together. From ensuring smooth day-to-day operations to driving lead conversions and supporting marketing campaigns, your impact will be felt at every level of the business.
You’ll be the first face our clients see and the last voice they hear, ensuring each touchpoint is professional, uplifting, and consistent with the Function PCP experience.

Key Responsibilities:
-Daily Operations
Manage daily banking, receipts, and tracking of all appointments
Maintain clinic presentation
Oversee daily admin
General reception duties
- Client Management & Sales
Follow up with new enquiries and convert leads into paying clients
Re-engage members who have paused or cancelled
Update and manage client records, cancellations, reschedules, and aging debts
Take initiative to build rapport with members and offer support
- Marketing & Promotions
Assist in content creation for social media
Help coordinate community engagement initiatives and seasonal offers
Monitor marketing performance and provide creative input on improvements
Collaborate on event promotions and local partnerships
- General Administration
Support internal communications and team rostering
Assist with organising events and workshops
Keep all spreadsheets (clinical, Playground, leads, sales) up to date

Qualifications and Skills:
Warm, energetic, and confident communicator
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Professional, adaptable, and proactive under pressure
Prior experience in customer service, sales, or fitness/wellness settings preferred
Passion for health, wellness, and boutique fitness is a must
