Our client, a well-respected Custom Home Builder, is seeking a Sales Consultant to join their team.

This is would be a great role for someone coming from a home builder sales or real estate background, or someone who has experience in design/architecture, estimating, or project management experience and wants to transition to sales.

The Role:
The Sales Consultant is responsible for the sale of design and build packages for both renovation and custom home builds by converting inbound leads and potential clients.

Duties include:

• Acting as key point of contact to the public and potential clients
• Follow-up on inbound inquiries and referrals
• Qualifying potential clients
• Meeting with potential clients to discuss their requirements
• Securing sale of design packages and working with Design to translate briefs into design
• Securing sale of build packages and working with Estimating/ Project Management to finalise scope of works
• Facilitate contract signing

Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate will have a passion for home building, excellent people skills and:

• Sales experience in another home builder or in a residential real estate setting relevant
• Exposure to architecture/ design, estimating, or project management all highly relevant
