My client, offering a dynamic opportunity for a technically skilled and leadership-ready individual to join their team as a Senior Engineer & Service Desk Coordinator. Key Responsibilities

Deliver Level 2 technical support across a wide range of systems and environments

Act as a team coordinator, ensuring consistent and high-quality client support from the service desk

Lead scheduling and task allocation across internal teams and client engagements

Drive team performance and foster a culture of learning and knowledge sharing

Support basic managerial duties including reporting and continuous improvement initiatives

Technical skills

We’re looking for someone confident and competent with:

Microsoft Intune & Mobile Device Management

Microsoft 365 administration

Windows Server (installation, configuration, and maintenance)

Virtualisation technologies such as VMWare and Hyper-V

Backup solutions and recovery strategies

Multi-platform desktop support (Windows and macOS)

Cybersecurity best practices and a security-first mindset
