Position Summary:
We’re looking for a Senior Technician to join our growing team. In this dynamic role, you’ll split your time between:
On-site client visits — solving problems, providing proactive maintenance, and delivering a first-class customer experience.
Telephone-based service desk support — remotely resolving technical issues and mentoring team members.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
You'll join our Service Desk Team and work on diverse IT requests and incidents from our clients.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Respond to service requests and incidents via phone, portal, or email.
Triage and resolve technical issues efficiently — escalate when required.
Provide desktop, server, network, and Microsoft 365 support.
Attend onsite visits for complex problems or project assistance.
Accurately document all work in Autotask and ITGlue.
Collaborate with the wider service delivery team to reduce recurring issues.
Qualifications & Skill Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications & Skill Requirements:
3+ years of experience in an IT service desk or MSP role.
Solid technical skills across Microsoft 365, Windows Server, desktop support, and basic networking.
Strong troubleshooting ability and ownership of problems through to resolution.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regionally.
Bonus Points For:
Experience with PSA (Autotask) and documentation tools (ITGlue).
Certifications: Microsoft, CompTIA, or ITIL.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft products, including Windows Server and Microsoft 365.
Excellent Active Directory and Hyper-V experience.
Experience with 3CX, Sophos XG/XGS, Ubiquiti Gateways, and Access Points.
Strong M365 administration & support experience.
Understanding of PC operating systems and software in web-based applications.
