Optical dispenser/optical assistant part time (2 days/week) Sydney Eastern Suburbs

The Role

We are seeking an experienced optical dispenser to join our team. This is a customer service, technical dispensing and retail sales role with a true fashion focus. You will be an expert in offering optical solutions to delight the customer and suggesting the best available lens technology products and services to exceed their expectations.

Working within our state of the art boutique Sydney practice in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, this is a part time (2 day per week) role. We are an independent community practice, distinct from the chain style environment.

Your Background

You are a proactive team member, passionate about service delivery and driven to achieve great results. In addition, you will have the following skill set;

· Passion for working with people and delivering personalised solutions for your customers

· Willingness to assist customers with appropriate frame selection and making lens recommendations

· Pride in product and store by maintaining our high standards promoting our professional image

· A team player who enjoys working with others in a collaborative and fun environment

· Ability to use a lens edger highly regarded

· Experience with Sunix highly regarded
