We're seeking a service-minded Optical Dispenser to join our boutique independent practice in Rose Bay, Sydney. This full-time role offers an exciting mix of dispensing, frame styling, ordering, and retail sales — all in a fast-paced, friendly environment where we never say no to helping a patient.

Whether you're experienced or still working towards your Certificate IV, this role gives you real scope to grow, with in-house training, CPD support, exposure to cutting-edge optical and AI technologies.

What You'll Bring

1-3 years optical dispensing experience preferred, but enthusiastic newcomers will be considered

Certificate IV in Optical Dispensing (completed, currently studying, or keen to start)

Enthusiasm for eyewear, fashion and delivering standout service

A team-first attitude, initiative, and the drive to improve your skills

Must have the right to work in Australia

What's on Offer

$55K–$75K salary, depending on experience

Full-time hours: Mon–Thurs 9am–5:30pm, Fri 9am–4:30pm (no evenings or weekends!)

Work in a beautiful harbourside location not far from Bondi Beach
