Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 + Superannuation

Location: North of the River position with national travel

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Brand Initiatives: Collaborate with key managers and creative team to drive strategic brand development initiatives.
• Budget Management: Establish and prepare marketing budgets and programs under the direction of the Executive team.
• Team Coordination: Coordinate and manage the marketing team, supplier and relevant stakeholders related to marketing projects.
• Coaching and Development: Working alongside team leaders and to ensure the continued success of the marketing team and providing opportunities to utilize and develop their marketing and operational skills.
• Reporting: Provide weekly and monthly reporting on marketing activities and outcomes.

About You:

• Proven experience in a lead marketing role, preferably within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• A leader with a positive attitude and a passion for marketing and managing teams.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Degree in Marketing and/or Communications preferred but not essential.
