About the role
This is an amazing role where you can make a significant impact to this cool Fintech brand and how they communicate and engage with their customers. Reporting to the Head of Growth and Customer, it's a strategic and hands on role where you will manage end to end campaigns via best in class CRM personalisation and automation initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in managing Customer Comms and Engagement through Salesforce
Marketing Cloud (SFMC). As part of the Growth squad within Marketing, you will also assist in broader optimisation across owned and paid channels to drive end to end conversion.
You will also do the following:
- Collaborate in the creation and segmentation of customer journeys to drive personalised messaging
- Monitor, evaluate and report on the performance of CRM and other Growth squad programs, leveraging data-driven insights to optimise and further shape the Growth strategy
- Update content to the website ensure and tracking performance and leads/conversion
- Support paid media management, optimisation and reporting
- Support on monitoring and manage social media
About you:
- You have a Bachelors degree or higher in Marketing, Data or a related field
- You have 5-8 years͛ marketing experience, ideally within a CRM/Lifecycle role coming from a Big B2C Services Brand or dynamic start up from fintech, entertainment, banking, insurance, healthcare, airline or telco
- Min 2 - 3 year’s experience with marketing automation platforms, ideally SFMC
- Proven track record of managing and optimising acquisition programs at all stages of the funnel
- Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights
- HTML, CSS and SQL experience is essential
