Open to Finance Manager or Senior Financial Accountant stepping up

Paying $130k – $150k + Super

This luxury lifestyle product retailer is a well-established leader in its industry and has experienced steady growth over the past few years. Based in Sydney’s Lower North Shore, the company offers free onsite parking and flexible working arrangements, alongside a supportive team culture that fosters growth and development.

This opportunity has arisen for a motivated and driven individual to join this high-performing team. Reporting to the General Manager, you will contribute to strategic decision-making and play a key role in driving the business forward. Your responsibilities will include:

Monthly management reporting

Expense management

Budgeting and forecasting

Variance analysis

Cash flow management

P&L management

Reviewing company tax compliance

Reviewing weekly receivables

Key stakeholder management and assisting with strategic decision-making

Ad-hoc project work

You will be CA/CPA qualified with 5+ years of relevant experience ideally within Retail/FMCG at either Senior Accountant or Finance Manager level, and preferably with some training at a Big 4/2nd tier firm. You will possess strong technical accounting skills, excellent communication skills, and experience in managing both stakeholders and staff, with the adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
