We're looking for a Marketing Automation Manager with strong market experience and hands-on expertise in Marketo to lead and deliver scalable automation strategies across our ANZ operations. This is a key role driving growth, improving customer journeys, and optimising performance through smarter workflows.

What you’ll be doing:

• Owning and delivering end-to-end automation projects across sales, marketing, and client services
• Building and optimising campaigns and workflows using Marketo and other automation tools
• Partnering with senior commercial and operational leaders to align automation with business outcomes
• Driving adoption of best practices in lead management, customer engagement, and campaign performance tracking

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Strong experience working with Marketo and marketing automation platforms
• Deep understanding of lead lifecycle management and campaign orchestration
• Proven ability to operate at pace, influence stakeholders, and deliver measurable impact
• Strong market knowledge and commercial awareness to guide automation strategy
• Experience with Saleforce would be highly advantageous, however this is not a deal breaker for us.
