  Duties:
  
• Come up with and roll out practical strategies to boost productivity, simplify day-to-day operations, and keep customers happy
  
• Oversee the operations team, handling things like logistics, managing the fleet, and keeping track of inventory
  
• Review performance data and key metrics to find ways to do things better and keep improving
  
• Make all industry rules, health and safety guidelines, and company policies are followed
  
• Lead, support, and help the operations team grow through coaching and development
  
  What will you look like:
  
• 3-5 years' experience in operations roles in transport and/or logistics
  
• Skilled at planning, organizing, and running logistics and transport operations from end to end
  
• Strong problem-solver with a sharp eye for spotting issues early and finding smart, practical solutions
  
• Great communicator and team player-able to work well with people at all levels, both internally and externally.
  
• Always looking for ways to improve processes and bring fresh ideas to the table
  
• Natural leader who knows how to build, motivate, and support teams
  
• Comfortable using data and analytics to guide decisions and solve problems
