We’re on the lookout for passionate, experienced Certified Practising Speech Pathologists (registered with SPA) to join us on a contract basis to provide speech therapy services to NDIS participants.

We are open to expressions of interest from practitioners in other locations around Australia who have their own connections or caseloads, such as Albury-Wodonga, Ballarat, Bendigo, Geelong, Wollongong, Toowoomba, Shepparton, Mildura, Wagga Wagga, Rockhampton, Coffs Harbour, Geraldton, Bunbury, Cairns, and Townsville.
Details of the position:
Flexible work: work in your own time from home.
We will facilitate referrals, systems, and invoices.
Provide high-quality, client-centred speech pathology services to NDIS participants.
Complete assessments, develop therapy plans, and prepare reports as required.
Work collaboratively with clients, families, and other professionals to help participants achieve their goals.
Please only apply if you meet the following criteria:
Registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
Minimum one year’s experience working with NDIS participants as a Speech Pathologist.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working with individuals, families and/or children with a disability.
If successful, you will need to provide:
NDIS Worker Screening Check & WWCC.
NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate.
Current driver’s licence.
Proof of registration.
Australian Company Number (ACN), or be open to obtaining one.
Your own public liability & indemnity insurance as a practitioner.
Your own external Speech Pathology supervisor and attend regular supervision at your own cost.
Your own phone, computer, and any other resources required to fulfil the role.
Keep your calendar, progress notes, and client files up to date.
Please note this is a contract role and practitioners are expected to organise their own tax withholding, superannuation contributions, and HECS repayments (if applicable).
