I’m sending out an open invitation for a capable recruiter to join our existing Brisbane branch, and help grow our Trade and Industrial recruitment niche.

Here’s what you’ll do:

• Make your mark on Rarekind by driving the growth of our Brisbane market. You’ll meet new and existing clients to develop and convert leads, and immerse yourself into community networking events to become the go-to recruiter.

• Dive into a hot desk of industrial and trades temporary and permanent roles. You’ll be supported by an experienced executive team, and your local and remote colleagues – they’re with you every step of the way.

• Choose your own adventure. You’ll work closely with Leaders and Directors to build and deploy a growth strategy for a region that we’re investing in. But don’t worry – there’s no helicopter parenting here.

What are we looking for?

Ideally, we’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running. We're open to experience levels, but a few years recruiting will give you the best start. A background in blue collar recruitment will be handy.
