The Opportunity
Step into a hands-on HSE Advisor role supporting multiple high-profile projects, each at a different stage of delivery. You’ll work closely with project teams to ensure best-practice implementation of safety systems, support audits and investigations, and coach teams toward strong site safety culture. No two days will look the same – you’ll be exposed to a wide variety of builds and teams.

• $250mil student accommodation
• $300mil medical facility
• $10mil childcare
• $300mil hospital
• Airport infrastructure project
• + more across Brisbane’s CBD and surrounds

What You’ll Be Doing

• Work across several sites in Brisbane’s inner suburbs
• Support site teams in implementing and maintaining project HSE Plans
• Monitor compliance with WHS legislation and internal HSE systems
• Lead toolbox talks, site inspections, incident reporting and investigations
• Coach staff, workers and subcontractors on safe work practices

What You Bring

• Experience in a HSE role with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 commercial builder
• Project experience on builds valued $70mil+
• Confident working independently across multiple project sites
• Exposure to EBA sites highly regarded
• Cert IV WHS or equivalent
