Your Responsibilities

Support project teams to improve HSE performance through site-based consultation and monitoring

Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure safety standards are met (e.g. scaffold, electrical)

Lead project-specific HSE Assessments and provide clear reports with NCRs and OFIs

Monitor HSE KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Provide advice on implementing WHS and Environmental Management Plans

Oversee incident reporting, investigation, and corrective action closeouts

Ensure quality and consistency of data entry in Procore

Support both internal and external audit programs

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant WHS legislation

What You’ll Bring

Experience in HSE roles within the commercial or construction sector

Familiarity with project risk registers and SWMS monitoring

Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset

High ethical standards and professionalism in all dealings
